Good point.  Expedia is saying it's over $500 for a November departure
to Lisbon from either PHL or JFK.  British Airways is offering a flight
from PHL, but that's over $700.  It'll be interesting to see how the
package deals/group rates turn out.

USAir (or whoever they will be this november) always has cheap fares
to London and Amsterdam and possibly Brussels.

There's always the Caribbean if the intent is to run away from the
weather.  :-)
