Expedia is saying it's over $500 for a November departure to Lisbon from either PHL or JFK. British Airways is offering a flight from PHL, but that's over $700. It'll be interesting to see how the package deals/group rates turn out. USAir (or whoever they will be this november) always has cheap fares to London and Amsterdam and possibly Brussels.
