Could you go to the kwiki (http://yapc.pobox.com/) and make a Stockton page 
with your attempts to contact them?

I have also added a new page 
(http://yapc.pobox.com/index.cgi?ThoughtsOnActivities) where we can make 
comments on what to do with the schedule or after hours activites.
