Conference at Lehigh University up in the air

It took a while for me to find the right people to ask about this. As it now stands, I *do* see available wired, air conditioned, projector rooms, as well as dorms, dinner location, hotel, etc. LU is a nice place.
However, the deadline presses. It seems I'll need to speak with our registrar on Monday to see if he would authorize the room usage. If so, I'll submit a proposal.
