The topic of my lightning talk tonight is calling unsupported system calls
in Perl with the syscall() function. This is something I've been wanting to
play with for a while now, and giving a lightning talk seemed like a good
opportunity.

There were a few slides I had to cut from the presentation to keep it under
five minutes, but if we have some time to fill I can go over them at the end
briefly.
