The week of July 10th sounds good to me. I'm on vacation the week of
the 4th, so I won't be available to help with the room during that week.
The 12th or the 13th would work best as the meeting room is not being
used heavily those days.

the other stuff aside, I'm happy to do that. it will have to be
sometime the week of the july 10, preferably later in the week (to give
me just a bit more time to prepare) as I'm on vacation the following
week.
