When we used to meet 2 blocks away at 34th and Market, it generally
wasn't a problem finding meters.  I don't usually park in the
neighborhood, but I'm guessing on a Monday night it shouldn't be a
huge problem finding one.  If you can't, Penn and Drexel each have a
lot on 34th between Market and Chestnut.
