suggests doing something on the 14th, which would probably be a better
day for me.

To be honest, when I find a place with good beer I'm generally not
paying much attention to their wifi.  Can you suggest a place that
meets all these criteria?  Also, are you suggesting this as an all-day
thing or an evening thing?  Keep in mind that August 14 is a Thursday,
and as much as I love CPAN I'm unlikely to take off from work to do
this.
