[Philadelphia-pm] CPAN Day Philadelphia PM Meeting Suggestion (August 13)

We haven't had a technical meeting in a while. August 14 is CPAN day, lets
have a hackathon to work on and upload modules.

Due to the PAUSE Server being 4 or 5 hours ahead of us, the hackathon
should be on the 13th.

The ideal locaction would have good wifi, good beer, not too much noise,
and plenty of space to work.
