[Philadelphia-pm] Early bird tickets for Perl::Dancer conference

Early bird tickets for the Perl Dancer conference are available for sale until 12th
September. You are saving 20 $ on the ticket for the training (6./7. October)
and 30 $ on the ticket for the conference (8./9. October).

On top of that students save 50% with a valid student ID.
