Everything you should need to get your IRC client talking can now be found
at http://www.op.net/~darxus/speech.
This has only been tested with the BitchX IRC client. I'm guessing that
there are a couple of variables (like "set novice off") that BitchX takes
care of automatically that will need to be set for other clients.
