I've used both KDE and Gnome, as well as GIMP and gtk/glib which was the
core of what became Gnome. I've used Gnome since 0.30 and am currently
running much of 1.02 (1.03 libs and core seem to be having some problems
according to the list). I've compiled it on a RedHat 5.1 system with
all the upgrades. We could have a panel discussion, I suspect.
