I stayed away from gnome for a while.. then redhat's 'rhad labs' came out with the rpms all set for a 5.2 install (see gnome.org), and it was cool, but i ended up with a couple panels, and got some core dumps, etc.. seemed the same with 6.0.. though I give those guys a lot of credit.. they are doing a great job
