[Plug] A VOTING BOOTH/PAGE WILL BE OPEN SOON!!

One of the esteemed members of the PLUG meeting is on the process of making a
voting page, including authentication..seriously cool stuff...the areas will be
geographically generalized, and we'll deal with specifics in a bit..
just hang tight kids, we're on our way...
