[Plug] resizing an extended partition

I thought I'd at least ask before completely reformatting. Is there any
way to resize an entire extended partition. I know ext2resize can resize
ext2 partitions.

Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System
/dev/hdb1 * 1 260 2088418+ 6 FAT16
/dev/hdb3 521 784 2120580 5 Extended
/dev/hdb5 521 773 2032191 83 Linux
/dev/hdb6 774 784 88326 82 Linux swap

I want to have the extended partition go from 261 to 784, and then move
and resize the ext2 partition (hdb5) to 261 to 773.

I doubt this can be done, but if you know, that's great.
