Partition magic 4.0 definitely works, I kept making my fat32 partition
smaller and smaller (in fact its so small now windows can't boot), and my
ext2 partition larger and larger. Also, it even lets you move partitions
around, though I would probably redo my fstab before moving partitions
around :) And it worked better than fips did.
I think the "Linux" version of Partition magic shows you how to make a
boot disk, which is really dr-dos with pqmagic.exe on it or something, I
never tried it though.
