[Plug] Auto-raise for GNOME/Enlightenment?

Hi all,

Does anyone know if it's possible to set GNOME/Enlightenment to auto-raise
the window with the current focus? There is a setting for
focus-follows-mouse, but I can't figure out how to get the window to
auto-raise once it has focus.  Is this a setting I have to make in a config
file somewhere?
