Voicenet sucks. Take it from one of the huge crowd of ex-Voicenetters. :-) You should check out phl.internet for opinions on local ISPs.
You're lucky - I live in South Philly, and we have neither DSL nor cable modem. We do, however, have double parking without tickets. :-)
