I wouldn't worry too much. They'd have to go after the whole web for their 
evil scheme to work. I suspect that the most they'll do is write some nasty 
form letters to people w/ gifs on their sites. Possibly after that they'll 
go after the beligerant ones. They're not just going to start 
indiscriminantly suing people. They'd have too many targets.
