[Plug] ipchains & DNS

Last time I booted, for my DNS to work, I needed to allow incoming
connectinos on port 1090 from my ISPs DNSes, for my local DNS to be able
to do lookups.

This time it's port 1063.

Why ? Is there a range I should be allowing ?
