[Plug] I figured out how free high speed internet access for everyone will happen

Radio waves.

Yeah, like AX-25 (packet/ham radio over which TCP/IP ), but better.  

Faster speed, lower power/lower range.  With everybody continuously
maintaining a connection to about 4 neighbors, and everybody accepting
incmoming data to be routed through to a remote site.  Very dynamic.  

Replacing ISPs, cable & phone companies (as we now know them).

Yeah, I'm dreaming, but I'm right, dammit :)
