The best way to get rid of it in my oppinion is to use xf86config to set up X, sure it is not pretty, but it works, and works well. In the setup it will ask you if you want to use a virtual desktop just answer no and your set. But if you can try installing XF86Config and running that. It is nice it is really GUI and has alot of options. -- -Rune Time is Irrelevant to the worlds beyond this godforsaken place unto which it destroys all. -Aarune J.
