It would help if you would include some of the error messages Also when Linux boots there are a plethora of messages that tell you what is going on. These are not error messages, but boot messages that you can refer to after the system is running. If something is not working on your system you can refer to these messages with dmesg or by looking in /var/log/ They look like: Detected 75001340 Hz processor.
