[Plug] meeting capacity 

I found out where more chairs are.  We should be able to handle near, if
not up to, 60 people (at IQ, where meetings have been recently).  

Also, we've got confirmation that Netaxs is still willing to host us.  I
think I'm going to list it on the PLUG web page as our alternate meeting
place, with Michael C. Toren <michael@toren.org> as the site contact ?
