As for the form, it could be a good idea. The main drawback, as I see it, is that the answers to all the questions on the form would have to be keyed into a computer later. If you're willing to do this, Darxus, I don't have a problem with it and think it's a good idea. (Hell, I think I'd even be willing to help out. :) ) OTOH, there would be a waste of paper associated with giving everybody a sheet (including current PLUG members), as well as a readability problem with the handwriting. :) An alternative would be to have everyone that wants to give their info enter it into a floppy at the meeting. One of the workstations there at the IQ group could possibly be used, or the person with the laptop. (You know who I'm talking about. "Oops... I tried to cat a binary file."
