heh, 2.1 is still slink, and early-to-mid february sounds like it should be
released then.

potato has some major advantages though, and a lot more selection in terms
of its packaged software.  you might want to immediately do apt-get to get
potato now.  I run it on my server with no problem, and I don't hound at the
fixes every 5 mins.  And, since it's frozen (soon) you wouldn't need to
hound at updates anyway.

Or you can just give me a sign, and I'll be glad to give you a copy of
the Debian 2.1 (pre-potato) release CDs.  You should be able to use
apt-get and grab the full potato distribution when it becomes available
(early Feb?).
