Ditto for BellAtlantic.net. They have no real problems with Linux (all they
know is that it's not Windows), but you'll never find that out from their
customer support folks because you can't get through to the people who
actually know the meaning of the word. 

BA customer service is truly pathetic.

On a good day, your get one minute of conversation for every 10 minutes on
hold. Normally, it's closer to 1 in 20.... and I've had "conversations"
take 3+ hours.
