I haven't read either article, so I really shouldn't be talking about the
issue till I have. But my 1st thought was connecting this to hearing that
it sounds more likely that they'll split microsoft into 3 companies. And
this action sounded like bill wanted to maneuver himself into a most
favorable position after the breakup.
And he's still a major part of microsoft, so he still needs to be shot.
