Check out http://www.telocity.com/. They have a deal whereby if you
sign up by midnight tomorrow night, you get $50/month for ADSL (640
down/128 up), free installation, free rental of the modem, and no annual
contract. And they support Unix! And they don't prohibit you running
your own server or registering a domain name -- static IPs. No
prohibition of NAT and such, either. Sweet.
