Re: [PLUG] Linux-friendly ISP for DSL in Philly?

Hi Jeff,

You may have heard that all BellAtlantic Infospeed ADSL customers
in the Philadelphia area (BellAtlantic.net included) experienced
an almost 30-hour outage which just ended this afternoon. Bell's
explanation to us was that there was an "ATM switch problem", but
we never did get any details.

Our experience with Covad has been much better -- no lengthy outages, much
better technical support, and more reliable.
