It's high time we did something like that. :) Everybody, I think that we should start doing stuff as a group like this. IMHO, it would send a message that we're serious about what we're doing (don't get me wrong, this isn't to say we're not serious already, it's the impression). At least one former list subscriber feels that we are less a user group and more "a bunch of people that happen to use Linux". I'd be willing to try to set something up, for, say, a couple of weeks from now. Does anybody have any preference as to where (both establishment and area of the city)? Any preferences on particular dates? A Saturday, say, 11:00-ish, for a few hours is what I'm thinking of. (I'm modeling this after SVLUG (http://www.svlug.org/); they do theirs the third Saturday from 11:00-4:00.) Any thoughts?
