[PLUG] 2 pcmcia cards

I have a machine with 2  3Com pcmcia cards with an IP attached to each one.
1 card doesn't work.

according to dmesg:
eth0 is on IRQ 11 at 0x1080
eth1 is on IRQ 11 at 0x1400

Do the card need to be on seperate irq's even though they have different 
addresses?
If so how do i configure the IRQ?

If not what else should i be looking for?
