[PLUG] meetings / cleanup / capacity

Maura, who has been wonderfully helpful in dealing with food and seating
for the plug meetings, mentioned that we left things a bit of a mess this
past wednesday.

This is my responsibility. I realized at the last meeting that I need to
start cleaning things up earlier.

But on your way out, if you see anything that's obviously trash, please
throw it out.

There have been a number of times in the past that I noticed a couple
empty soda cans left behind. It's annoying.

I know meetings have been getting crowded lately. One of the people on
this list, a friend and ex-co-worker of mine, is attempting to arrange for
the use of a conference room that can hold up to about 350 people, at 9th
& Chestnut, 5 blocks west of where we currently meet at IQ.

This is something I'd been meaning to look into before I joined IQ (and
still worked at that company).

I don't believe plug has made any active effort to bring in new people
since I started attending it, because we've expanded to fit the space we
were in without effort. I'd love to have lots of space to expand into.
