[PLUG] ipchains Question

Could someone tell me what the difference is between the following:

a) ipchains -A output -i eth0 -p tcp -d any/0 ftp -j ACCEPT
b) ipchains -A output -i eth0 -p tcp --destination-port ftp -j ACCEPT
