I would say there definitely is an interest. And, there certainly is
probably enough technical expertise around. I was actually thinking the
same thing "gee, everybody keeps talking about this..." my thoughts were
specifically along the lines of DSL service.. because that seems to be
the current common complaint.. but obviously every level of ISP is
possible.
Keep me informed/count me in.
