Are you positive on that? There was a Slashdot discussion (http://slashdot.org/article.pl?sid=00/08/24/155214) a day or two ago, and it was stated that GnuPG doesn't have this vulnerability. The reason given was that it follows the OpenPGP spec, which doesn't have a requirement for ADK capability.
