I have seen several things online about this, and have tried I seem to recall hearing something about this, but I can't quite recall. I would try using 'gpg --edit-key' to remove the passphrase, export the key and copy it to a floppy, and then reinstate the passphrase. Take the floppy and import the key into PGP on the Windows box, and then destroy the floppy. I *think* this'll probably work, but I'm not sure. (I think I might've seen this in the FAQ, but I can't say confidently.)
