I'm on the same plan as Bill.  It's RADSL 1.5M Down and 384 Up, an auxilliary
dial-up line (in case DSL goes down or, say, the phone company who proveides
the network is on strike), and a Linux shell.

That plan with one dynamic IP is $79.95.  For $89.95, you get the same speed
with 2 static IP's and two POP's.  I'm only using one of my IP's right now,
but it's nice to have the other one-- just in case!

And, if my experiences are any indication, they have no problem with porn or
IRC (can't speak to the warez, though).
