[PLUG] parking at the convention center

I parked in a lot one block west of the convention center, on the corner
of 13th and arch.  I paid $17.50.  I'm guessing someone else must have had
better luck.

If you found parking that cost less than $17.50, where did you park, and
what did it cost ?  I want to build a table of this info for the plug
page.


If you feel like looking it up on the PCCs map, it would also be nice to
know the number.
