[PLUG] Mounting vfat partition as rw?

Ok, so what am I doing wrong here?

I have a FAT32 partition (/dev/hda7) created by Win2K, that I want to
mount as R/W for all users. So, in fstab, I put in

/dev/hda7 /Storage vfat rw 0 0

But that didn't work. I have no permission to write as anything but
root.

I've tried other combinations of mount options - exec, suid,rw, etc - but
none seemed to work.

I know that FAT style partitions don't support permissions.

I know it's something simple. But what?
