[PLUG] record attendance at our last meeting

I counted 44 attendees at this month's meeting - the highest since I
started counting in april of 2000.
And the best part, in my opinion, is that we have lots more space to grow
into in the room that the convention center is providing us. The legal
capacity of the space was 300 people. I believe the PCCA estimates the
reasonable capacity of the room as about 200 people.
