[PLUG] [Slightly OT] Is debian-user down? 

Is the debian-user mailing list down?  I haven't received any messages
on it for 12 hours.  On a list that's been averaging 400-500
messages/day, this is highly unusual.

Note: I would have posted this to the PADS list instead of here, if
could manage to successfully subscribe to the list.  The online
subscription form at http://lists.LinuxForce.net/mailman/listinfo/pads/
appears to be broken.
