Two are the same group...so really there are only two
South Jersey Linux User's Groups. Chalk it up to the
growth of Linux in our area. Until last week I didn't
know that the other group existed. They are fairly
new.

The name of both group, as of today, is the same,
SJLUG. Something will be done about that very soon.

At this time there are no plans to merge both groups
because there are differences in focus.
Our group, in Cherry Hill, focuses on Linux/GNU
applications. In that pursuit we attempt to offer
something for all levels of users; newbie,
intermediate, and advanced. The other group is more
focused on cross platform usability and
certifications...from what I know of them. However, I
cannot speak for them. The bottom line, for us, is to
be very GPL oriented.

Further inquiries are welcome.
