Re: [PLUG] SuSE 7.1

Even if I let it go, the same thing happens. This is going on with a few people, not only me. I will try those new images on the net.
Thanks,
Nick

I've put it on a laptop and it's running reasonably well. (I have some
sound and APM issues, but nothing major.) I did have trouble with their
standard install diskette, which I couldn't load on my laptop. I
noticed they have new disk images up on the ftp site, but haven't tried
them yet.

Sounds like what you describe is a setup/install issue, which they
provide support for if you purchased SuSE.

So, you get the LiLO screen, and it won't go any farther? What if you
don't choose, and just let it boot automatic? Any difference? What
kernel did it install during the setup?
