[PLUG] RedHat 7.1 glibc2.1 Backward compat - revisited

When I first installed RH7.1 I ran into an issue with the new glibc. Turns
out you need to set an env variable to fake oracle and Java Virtual Machines
into using the compatability libraries. RH describes this in the release
notes. In order to install oracle 8.1.7, they also require the execution of
a shell script - /usr/i386-glibc21-linux/bin/i386-glibc21-linux-env.sh.
However, neither the script nor the bin directory is installed when I
install the compat rpm's. Does anyone know which package might install this
or where I get the script?
