I'd be interested to know more.  Are you looking for permanent 
part-time?  I live in West Chester - where is your site?  I'm the author of 
O'Reilly's LPI Linux Certification in a Nutshell.  I have RHCE and LPIC-1 
certs, plus a number of years grinding on NT.  I have direct experience on 
Solaris and Linux and have deployed Apache and Squid in production.  I'm 
currently deploying e-smith and Samba for a school here in West Chester.

Currently I'm working part time in a MS shop and am considering a change.
