[PLUG] Please RSVP:Aug 25th BBQ, Distribute Info

Greetings,

If you are planning on coming to the BBQ/Picnic on Saturday, PLEASE
RSVP.. and don't forget to use the URL in the Email sent to you as part of
the RSVP process (otherwise your RSVP doesnt get completed). If you never
received an email/url, consider any filters that you may have, and please
try again.

The RSVP form is at http://philly.linux10.org/rsvp/

 *** Currently we have 30+ people RSVP'ed from 5 different states. ***

You can see the current CONFIRMED RSVPs at
http://philly.linux10.org/guest_list/

What we could use: people that can be there early to put up signs, and
just be there to welcome people, and put up a sign or two to make sure
people know that it's here (tuX marks the spot.)

Everybody is welcome to send out more invites, as appropriate.

If you know of any individuals, businesses, groups of sysadmins, student
organizations, or other LUGs/computer groups that have not yet received a
copy of the invitation or the information about the event, please forward
the invitation to them, or post to their mailing lists WHERE APPROPRIATE.
Also, feel free to post the information/invite to usenet newsgroups, web
discussion boards, clubs, etc, WHERE APPROPRIATE. [I do not currently have
good usenet access and have not personally posted to any newsgroups.]

And of course feel free to put news items, links, etc on your
websites/weblogs if you wish, using the logo graphic is cool, and has
already been done by a few people.

You can find the invite at the url below for easy re-posting:
http://philly.linux10.org/invite.html

If there are any other ways you think you wish to get involved/help out,
please feel free to drop me an email!!

If you want my cellphone number for the day, or wish to give me yours feel
free to ask.

I guess thats it for now
