-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Greeting, due to a fit of inspiration i am making a console mame system. so far i have a motherboard with onboard vidio/sound and ide controller but i lack a decent case. it seems in the last few years all they sell now are tower cases. my system is running an AMD K6333 on a baby AT mother board so I don't think i need a 300W power supply. what i am looking for is an old packard hell desktop case with a cdrom bay. the system will boot off of the cdrom and read the games and config off of there. i want to keep this bad boy smaller than my amp as not to tick off my other half too much :?) the design is really cool so far, although getting my USB joy sticks to work with it seems to be more of a pain then i first thought it should be. i am also looking for any suggestions on SVGA to S-Video converters. I have my eye on a few but they are all quite expensive. My goal here it to keep the setup less than $500 USD... i cannot wait to play Rampage World Tour on my 27" ;) Thanks - -ian reinhart geiser - -- Fortune for the day: - --------------------------------------------------------------------- TRANSACTION CANCELLED - FARECARD RETURNED - --------------------------------------------------------------------- Ian Reinhart Geiser -=<*>=- Linux & KDE Developer -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: For info see http://www.gnupg.org iD8DBQE7hSVFPy62TRm8dvgRAio4AKCGPy3opGSHmrEYj/yUHjy+Dc7aNACfdrez IPKRadPl5ebt5HsBWwBdrok= =XVb4 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- ______________________________________________________________________ Philadelphia Linux Users Group - http://www.phillylinux.org Announcements-http://lists.phillylinux.org/mail/listinfo/plug-announce General Discussion - http://lists.phillylinux.org/mail/listinfo/plug
