closeing.  This attack was set to make pannic in our infrastrucuture.   This 
for the most part is succeding because most news sites are down right now.

AFAIK the best approach is to act as you normally do until someone with civil 
authority tells you to do otherwise.  This will minimise any of the real 
damage this was ment to cause.
