[PLUG] debian/mozilla problems

i am having serious issues with mozilla on my box. i'm running
debian/unstable, and have both mozilla and mozilla-browser (0.9.3)
installed (via apt-get). whenever i try to run mozilla, i get a huge
window with the word "File" in a very very large font size. no browser
menu, or anything else, just "File." I have a screenshot available at
http://www.bleachedwhale.com/mozilla-window.jpg

if anyone has any clues as to why this is so, feel free to let me know. i
tried removing all mozilla and my old netscape packages, and reinstalling
the mozilla packages, but it seemed to do little to help. i've also
removed my ~/.mozilla directory, thinking it might be a config problem,
with no success. i also have galeon installed (which depends on mozilla),
and that works pretty flawlessly.

thanks,
kevin
