A year or two ago, I briefly used the free service at
http://www.crosswinds.net/. You might want to look into that. Also,
http://www.50megs.com/ lets you have 50 megs of storage for free.
I'm not sure what kind of ads they place on your pages, but I'd guess
it's not much more than geocities.
